✨At SV Boutique & Co., we are not a drop-shipping company. Every item is in stock and ships directly from us here in the U.S. for fast, reliable delivery. 🤍

We understand how exciting it is to receive your order, and we work hard to get your items packaged and shipped as quickly as possible!


🚚 Fast Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped during business hours, Monday-Friday.

Please allow additional processing time during holidays, sales, and new collection launches.


📧 Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.


📦 Shipped Orders

Once an order has been marked as shipped, it has officially left our hands and entered the shipping process. At that point, SV Boutique & Co. is no longer responsible or liable for the package.

"Picked Up" or "Delivered" scans from the carrier serve as our release of liability.


⚠️ Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

SV Boutique & Co. is not responsible for packages that are:

• Lost

• Stolen

• Delayed

• Misdelivered

• Incorrectly addressed

• Marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier but cannot be located

 

If your package is marked Delivered but you cannot find it, we recommend:

✔️ Check your mailbox and surrounding delivery areas

✔️ Look for a notice of attempted delivery

✔️ Ask household members or neighbors if they accepted the package

✔️ Wait until the end of the next business day, as carriers may occasionally deliver later than expected

✔️ Contact your mail carrier to ask where the package was placed

✔️ Consider the possibility of package theft


📍 Undeliverable Addresses

Packages returned to us as "Undeliverable as Addressed" due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require an additional shipping fee before they can be resent.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
