Refund policy

 

We have a 7-Day Return Window. Please contact us at the email provided below within 7 days since your packaged was delivered to be able to make a return/exchange.

We allow 3 Days since your return/exchange request to provide us with a tracking number of the package headed back to us, or else we have the right to deny your return/exchange.

💕Returns & Exchanges💕

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s our easy-breezy return & exchange policy:


✅ What Can Be Returned

  • Items must be new, unworn, and unwashed with all tags still attached.

  • Shoes must be spotless (especially the soles!) and returned in the original box, shipped inside another box or polymailer.

  • No deodorant, makeup, pet hair, perfume, smoke odor, or stains of any kind!


🚫 What Cannot Be Returned

  • Custom-made, Final Sale, graphic tees/sweatshirts, or discounted/sale items (all sales final 💕).

  • Items showing wear, damage, or missing packaging.

  • No pet hair, perfume, deodorant, or stains of any kind on product.
  • Lost or damaged packages in transit (please keep your tracking info handy 📦✨).


📦 Shipping Details

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • You have 7 days after delivery to request a return and send your items back.


🛠️ Defective or Wrong Item?

Uh oh—we’ll make it right! Email us at svboutiqueco@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. Include your order info + a photo of the issue so we can help quickly.

  • Some items may have a boho/rustic vibe—these are not defects, just part of the charm!

  • We thoroughly check every detail of the item before issuing refunds to make sure it meets all of our requirements. If not, the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
